Hear What Our Patients Have To Say

Our goal is to make you and your pet feel like family, even when coming in for an emergency vet service. The greatest compliment we can receive is your recommendation and to keep bringing your pet in for more than just an emergency vet but for all the preventative things as well. If we have fallen short of our goal, please give us the chance to make it right. Contact Jen Rossi or the manager on duty at 703-726-8784 for emergency vet services.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated Dr. Panopoulous and her caring, willingness to talk through options for my terminally ill dog, and being there with him throughout his illness as well as the day he died. At each step of his health journey she explained options, pros/cons and did so in a supportive way. I never felt pressured. The nursing staff were equally as compassionate. Through what was an incredibly difficult time, these professionals were a source of comfort.

I highly recommend AMCL! Our dog received wonderful care there the last 10 years. Dr Taylor is AMAZING!! He is compassionate and knowledgeable. He saved our dogs life about 5 years ago. The entire staff is also wonderful to work with. We will forever be grateful to AMCL! THANK YOU!

There is no possible way to capture the amount of gratitude I have for this team. The way they cared for me and my dog during his last two days of life, was the care I’d expect to receive after being a client there for decades. On the contrary, my first two experiences at this office just happened to be the final two days of my little Brooklyn’s life. I had just transferred his records in order to be closer to home. What I thought may have been signs of bad arthritis ended up being a large tumor on his spleen. Because of his age and other factors, I knew that euthanasia was the loving choice. The compassion from every single person I encountered here..words just can’t do it justice. Dr. Sokolow and Dr. Panopoulos were so calming during the toughest week of my entire life. The way they cared for me and my family through our range of emotions – shock, fear, confusion, grief – was just incredible. They perfectly balanced being professional while also being human and fully empathizing with the experience. The assistants and techs were equally compassionate. I owe a huge part of the comfort and peace of mind that I had in Brooklyn’s final hours to this team of exceptional people. I took Brooklyn to the same vet hospital for nearly 10 years leading up to this, and never experienced a fraction of the warmth that I did during just two visits. In my opinion, quality care goes beyond prescriptions, appointment fees and office hours. What makes an animal hospital superior is the way the staff treats your pets and their owners. That is what makes all the difference. Please don’t hesitate for even a moment when considering this hospital for your precious pets.

My experience was life changing and delighting. I brought in my seven year old yorkie completely a wreck, crying and distraught after rushing him to emergency vet on Monday night. He was vomiting and excreting blood and not stable. I walked in at 7 am with no hesitation was greeting by the kindest receptionist and so inquisitive about my dog, his symptoms and how she could help. I then met Dr Myzie, she is WONDERFUL!!! In all my years of having animals I’ve never loved a vet or an office as a whole as much I love this one. My dog didn’t do too well the first day and she was honest, answered all my questions and never rushed me. She covered every possible option, cause and solutions. For as long as I live in NOVA I will come to see her. The VetTe ch Brittany is truly an angel that I could tell cared about my dog and his wellbeing. They were comforting, honest and optimistic. You can tell the whole staff is extremely knowledgeable and wants what’s best for you and your dog. On day two, my pup is able to come home with me and the exit was just as loving, informative and kind as the moment I walked in. I hope that Brittany knows how comforted I was at work knowing that she was there with my baby while I wasn’t. My dog was comfortable with her which meant the world to me. I will sing their praises to every person I know. This is the BEST VETERINARY OFFICE IN ASHBURN.

They are so friendly and their billing/receipts so organized!!! I have no less than 5 or 6 dogs at any given time and they are awesome about keeping track. At a glance I can see what they’ve had and what shots are coming up. Their doctors are highly skilled and they also have 3 clinics within Loudoun county!!

This is one of the few integrated veterinary clinic’s around having one holistic Veterinarian, Dr Pam Grasso, practicing conventional Western and Chinese medicine which is why I drive an hour to take my 17 year old male Terrier, with mild kidney issues, to see her. She is super wonderful, friendly, compassionate and caring. Truly listens to you, doesn’t rush you, takes her time and doesn’t push unnecessary, costly tests, etc. and has your pets best interest at heart.
If you are looking for a holistic Vet, she’s the one! You pets will love you for it!
Highly recommend her.

We would not go anywhere else for primary vet care!

Our three cats will turn 16 (Loki) & 17 (Jinx and Jasper) this year. Their happy longevity is due in part to the flexibile, individualized care plans provided by Ashburn farm animal hospital. Our diabetic (Miracle #1) even was able to get off insulin for a couple of years because of the guidance from Dr. Melberger and care was seamlessly transferred to Dr. Myzie. When he had to go back on insulin, we were able to manage him at home with our Alphatrak 2 and close follow up. Our plan may not be conventional but just today Loki was playfully running around the house -using his pet stairs, of course. Jasper has a rare condition which then led to diagnosis of an arrhythmia. Dr Myzie was there when we brought him in and a growth was found in his chest on X-ray. It turned out to be a branchial cyst but she did what was needed so we could get him to the Hope Center that Saturday. We prepared for the worst but 18 months later he is our miracle #2 and sassy as ever. A beta blocker and thyroid pill are all he takes. Jinx is amiracle in that he has nothing wrong with him. This might be a little long but we are so grateful to all of the vet techs and front desk staff (past and present). Everyone genuinely cares about our fur babies. I always recommend this vet practice to others in the area.

Love Dr. Taylor and all of the staff at the Brambleton location. They are the BEST!

Dr. Taylor and Dr. Kinsley take wonderful care of my furbaby Huckabee. Dr. Taylor is her primary but Dr.Kingsley diagnosed her with her ACL year and saw her through the surgery and rehab. She was amazing! I like that she and Dr. Taylor collaborated since Huckabee has thyroid issues that could have affected her recovery.
